About Our Company

The real estate branch of our Company, “VLS”, was naturally launched after the founder, a famous “Côteaux du Languedoc” vineyard owner, concretized his business dream of having his wine reaching the top of the « Parker Wine Advocate Guide » in 96, a first-ever for the local production.

The natural next step was to dedicate his entrepreneurial skills to the French Real Estate market.

“VLS South of France Property“ has now completed 8 major developments, totaling more than 130 villas and/or apartments, in the Mediterranean France – Narbonne area.

“VLS” owns a large and fully clear real estate portfolio. Eight new major developments have been launched, totaling 228 villas and/or apartments, with completion dates scheduled for 2008/09. Five more development projects are under study and should be launched by end 2008.
